coaching hours
people received coaching
A job with Doing Good Works provides a safe working environment with opportunities for growth while supporting our team’s wellbeing and development as a person outside of work. Through coaching programs & mentorship initiatives our employees get paid while they develop new life skills and build upon existing ones
people accessed financial coaching
We equip all of our team members with financial literacy tools through our partner, Spring Financial. Through Spring, our team can access financial goal-setting tools such as budgeting and one-on-one coaching sessions so they can make informed decisions about their financial health.
“You were super helpful! I want to buy a house in the next six years but my credit score is not good right now. I feel like I have a good plan now though to get it back on track.”
“Receiving financial coaching is so beneficial to me as a former foster youth. This helped me plan for buying a car so much.”
Lyft rides to work
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn and develop work skills, even if transportation is a barrier to work. That’s why we cover the cost of Lyft rides to and from work for our onsite team members who do not have an affordable transportation option.
When we found out one of our Lyft program members got hired for a new job, we purchased him a bicycle to get to and from work.
masks donated
hospitals received PPE through Doing Good Works
We know that staying healthy has been a major challenge for the past two years, as we’ve struggled worldwide. As part of our 2021 initiatives, Doing Good Works took the opportunity to expand its reach through the donation of masks in the U.S. and abroad. We are thankful that we could do a small part in helping to take care of the world we live in as we continue battling this ongoing virus.

trauma-informed trainings
All of our team members, including interns and packout members were offered trauma-informed training. This training session teaches about understanding oneself and how past trauma can affect our current lives. The session is designed to help promote healing, growth, and insight to people of various backgrounds and experiences.
