With an expanding schedule and remote staff, it was no longer sustainable. We stepped in to manage their branded merchandise program from end to end—sourcing, storing, and shipping everything they needed to make an impact at every booth.

The Ask

With a growing event calendar and the marketing lead moving away from their LA office, mPulse needed a reliable partner to take over the logistics of shipping conference materials. They wanted to eliminate manual packing and streamline how they managed and replenished swag—without sacrificing quality or flexibility.

The Execution

We took over the process from sourcing to shipping. After helping curate and produce a range of branded items, we set up an inventory system and began warehousing everything in our Southern California facility. When events pop up, they simply submit a request, and we handle the rest—packing, shipping, and tracking.
