The Ask

The Foundation needed support bringing high-impact ideas to life—fast. For the groundbreaking event, they required OSHA-compliant hard hats and ceremonial shovels with custom branding. For ongoing donor engagement, they envisioned thoughtful gift kits and a custom-designed keepsake to reflect the Center’s mission and story.

The Execution

We partnered with the Foundation across three major touchpoints:

Groundbreaking Ceremony:
Produced custom hard hats and ceremonial shovels on a tight turnaround, ensuring every item was event-ready and met compliance standards. The branded gear was front and center during the televised groundbreaking, including photos with President Obama.

Donor Summer Kits:
Sourced and produced several hundred branded kits for major donors, including full-wrap printed tote bags and embroidered caps. We handled all sourcing, branding, and fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery across the country.

Custom Event Gifts:
Collaborated with the Foundation to bring a meaningful concept to life—a limited-run set of sculptural cubes etched with a sketch of the new Center. Designed as a modular display piece, it was presented at an exclusive donor event in Chicago.
